Music and Children's Minister: Casey King

We love children and want to provide a great ministry to them and their families. Our desire is to provide quality opportunities for kids to worship and serve. Here's a list of some of the opportunities we have at First Baptist Church for kids.

     Sunday School for all ages

     Club K.I.C.K. (Wednesday program)

     Children's Sermon

     Extended Session

     Vacation Bible School

     Kids' Camp at SWBA

     Fellowships

     Children's Choirs

We hope that you will join us as we seek to minister to children and their families in our community.

Kids' Camp at SWBA

Kids' Camp is for children who have completed 3rd-6th Grade. The cost is $100 (scholarships are available) and includes food, lodging, a concessions voucher and a t-shirt.

This year's theme is Missions Olympics. We'll be looking at what it means to live on mission for Jesus. Our theme verse is Acts 1:8, which says, "But you will receive power when the Holy Spirit has come upon you, and you will be my witnesses in Jerusalem and in all Judea and Samaria, and to the end of the earth."

This year's camp pastor is child evangelist Kolby King and worship will be lead by Blake Taylor from Anadarko First Baptist Church.

You can find more information and the camp registration form in the Info Center under the Forms/Documents tab.

Vacation Bible School will be held July 8-12 and is for children who have completed Pre-K through 6th Grade. Kids will have the opportunity to participate in music, crafts and recreation, as well as hear about missionaries. This year's offering will once again go to Southwest Baptist Assembly campground, where we go each year to camp. You can find the registration form for VBS under the Info Center on this website and the Forms/Documents tab or at the Registration Pool Party Wednesday, July 3, from 6:00-8:00 pm at the city pool.
